How can I have my alert sent to my Blackberry or PDA as a text email?

To have alerts delivered to your mobile device, you’ll need to register your mobile email address. This can be done while creating or updating your alert.

Sign in to your My Traffic account and click on Alerts on the top green menu bar.

If you’re creating an Alert, Click on Add Alert to begin the alert set up wizard. Select the radio button next to Email and click on Edit next to your email address.

Select the checkbox next to Text only.


Click NEXT and follow the prompts to complete the alert wizard.


If you’re updating the delivery of an existing alert, click on Alerts on the top green menu bar.


Click on the EDIT button to the right of the alert.

Select the radio button next to Email and click on Edit next to your email address.

Select the checkbox next to Text only.


Click APPLY CHANGES and scroll down and click SAVE ALERT.
