How can I get phone alerts?
To have us call you and deliver your report over the phone, you’ll need to register your phone number. Sign in to your My Traffic account and click on my account on the top green menu bar. NOTE, you may need to sign in.

Click on contact information.

Scroll down to the Phone section and enter your phone number in the Phone 1 field. NOTE, you can register up to two numbers.

If you want to call for On Demand Reports from a different phone, also enter four digits in the PIN Number field

Click on the Submit button
To create a new Alert for your phone, go to the Alerts page by clicking on the Alerts link.

Make sure the radio button next to the phone number is selected, then click NEXT and follow the prompts to complete the alert wizard.
To update an existing Alert, go to the Alerts page by clicking on the Alerts link.

Click on the EDIT button to the right of the alert.

Click on the EDIT link to the right of *Reports will be sent to.

Select the radio button next to Phone and and click on Edit next to your phone number.

Make sure the radio button next to the phone number is selected, then click APPLY CHANGES and scroll down and click SAVE ALERT. Related Articles
