How do I request or update my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password and are unable to sign into your My Traffic account, Click on Sign In.

Then click on Forget Your Password?

Enter your user name or the email address you signed up with and click Next

Your password will be sent to the email address you used when you signed up. If you no longer have that email address, or you still have trouble signing in, please use our Support Form to request further help
To update your password, sign into My Traffic and click on My Account.

Then click on change password

Enter your new password into both form fields and click the Save button.
