Where are my email addresses and telephone numbers stored?
They are stored under contact information, which is a sub-link under the my account menu.
Here’s how we use your contact information:
- If you request an alert we’ll send you the traffic information you want to the address or phone number you choose.
- If when you registered you checked ‘Send me the Fastlane Newsletter’ we will occaisionally send you an update on what’s happening with Traffic.com. You can turn this choice off in the account management section under the my account tab in My Traffic (you may have to sign in to get to this information).
- We never share your contact information without your permission.
